Ok… So I am not extremely excited about only losing 6.5 lbs in 4 days of Phase 2 but it is more than I’ve lost in, um, 3 years! I have been keeping up with it diligently, thus far.
As the days progress, I do notice myself watching people eat. Today, I became entranced watching my boyfriend eat a gooey, yummy turkey wedgie from one of my favorite pizza shops (sorry, hun!). In my head I kept reminding myself how I would feel after eating that wedgie. It was greasy, fatty, and filled with cheese and sauces. I have worked my butt off for the loss I’ve had so far and the feeling I receive after a great workout… I do not want to ruin it for ten minutes of food heaven.
My new motto is “Don’t Live to Eat, Eat to Live“
